Good location if you want to be down by the river. I felt like the street noise was loud while we were trying to sleep. A Keurig coffee pot would be better because it’s easier and gives everyone an option ( reg vs decaf). I would put low open shelves on both sides of sink in bathroom. There is no place to put things in the bathroom and hamper is probably not needed for most guests. Overall nice place but too loud at night for us. I am a light sleeper. We also could hear people walking in apartment above. Bedding and mattress were great. Bed frame is cheap and squeaks with any movement.
