« This property was just beautiful! It was very clean and bright. It was homey. The beds and living room furniture were so very comfortable. The view of the park and river across the street was beautiful. We were in walking distance to food and drinks. Just minutes from the highway. Our host was wonderful. She was easy to communicate with. Always responsive. It was so easy to check in and out. Highly recommend this place. The pictures posted were true to form. »

« It works but place needs a major facelift. Driveway extremely tight & narrow, parking lot area broken asphalt & pot holes, trash bins overflowing. In house, shower is makeshift with partial board showing & min water pressure… think a water hose was simply connected to a shower head, pieces of shower tile & floors coming apart, thinnest TP ever, no shampoo, conditioner or soap, no where to hang towels to dry. Beds were comfy but no duvet cover on bedspread or 2nd set of pillows no pillowcases....

« Absolutely loved our stay in Phoenix NY on the River!! It was so peaceful with the river views! The apartment was very clean, furnished nicely and well stocked with everything we needed! Highly recommend staying here, can’t wait to come again soon with my boyfriend. »

« House had modern furnishings. It was clean and I liked that there was extra bedding and towels. »

« The bathroom products are behind the mirror. Everything was great. »

« I grew up outside of Syracuse NY for 18 years, and always dreamed of living on the river. Staying at this home fulfilled my dreams, and more! I was able to share this experience with my kids and partner - we all live in Colorado now, and they have a much different experience of rivers out west! The home was well appointed, comfortable beds and temperatures, and we loved borrowing the canoes and fishing! »

« La.chambre était ultra propre. Le personnel super courtois. C'est vraiment un hôtel exceptionnel ! »

« The rooms were awesome and clean. The location was very convenient to where we were going. The casino did not smell like smoke like many do. The staff were so helpful!! Amazing value for such a nice room. »

« Chambre propre et lit confortable, satisfaisant pour une nuit de passage »

« Grande chambre, bien propre , le lit très confortable . »

« Belle grande chambre. L'eau du lavabo dans la salle de bain s'évacuait très lentement après quelques minutes. Le dejeuner n'était pas chaud et il n'avait pas de couteau. »
