"If you want to recover form a long flight to Tokyo then this hotel is a must! 10/10. The breakfast buffet was superb - fantastic choice of western, Japanese and other Asian dishes. We went to the spa before breakfast and it was the perfect start to the day."

"The location is right in the heart of the action. Even though it is loud outside, you don’t hear too much if you are on high enough of a floor. Clean rooms. Not too much of a wait for the elevators."

"Solid hotel for a budget, rooms are way too small though. Have to use key card to turn on electricity, air flow not the best. Stay a few nights but never an entire week"

"Love love love this hotel!! From the friendly helpful check in/out, the absolutely fabulous breakfast buffet and Japanese tatami room futons, with stunning views, to eco-friendly products, it was a true wonderful experience as our first night in Japan. Definitely would stay here again next time but longer. Staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and we were grateful for their helpful transportation advice!"
