"Our family enjoyed the pool, especially the slide. Unfortunately the water was a bit colder than we would have liked, but that didn't stop us from swimming. The hotel main areas and room felt dirty - floors were mopped but felt a little sticky. The dining tables in ghe breakfast area had been wiped down but still felt sticky. The main washroom off the lobby was not clean and we were thankful to find our room washroom in better condition. The beds were comfortable and clean. The heating unit in our room worked well, and we appreciated the clean fridge. The room felt small and we just barely fit our luggage and baby playpen. Not our favorite place to stay - but it was a good night's sleep."

"The property was lovely. It was conveniently located and had great amenities like a restaurant attached. The staff overall were fine. I did call for help with the WIFI and the person was dismissive. Unfortunately another staff when we were checking out and I mentioned it said he could've offered us some help. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay."

"Only reason why I booked the hotel was for the pool and sauna but they didn’t advertise it was broken. Very upsetting. Wasted $300. I wouldn’t have booked and I want my money back. There was also security standing outside my room and pacing the whole night which was very odd and there was people slamming doors all night. Do not recommend a stay here. Waiting to hear from Expedia I want my money back!"
