The front desk could not find my reservations even though I provided them with the confirmation number took them 1/2 hour to get a room and because I was using a Mastercard debit card for a damage deposit instead of the regular $50 they withheld $200

There were lots of people just hanging around. I was a little nervous coming in with 8-10 people hanging around outside after midnight. The gym wasn't kept clean. Dirty towels and used cups on the floor. Same for the pool area. No breakfast included. I put up the do not disturb sign but someone came into my room while I was out. Very poor experience. I won't be staying here again.
