Luxury 2 bedroom villa with private 30 sq. m swimming pool, roof top Bbq lounge and landscaped garden - perfect family hideaway in less than 15 minutes walk from stunning Bangtao beach and famous Catch Beach club, next to upscale Laguna Phuket.  
The land plot and garden is 450 sq. m.  
  
This luxury 5 hotel style pool villa is located on Bangtao beach on the famous West Coast of Phuket next to well-established upscale Laguna Phuket area.  
  
The villa is in 15-minute walk from spectacular 5 km Bangtao beach, with clear warm water and charming local life.   
  
Total villa area 250 sq. m  
land plot 450 sq. m.  
private swimming pool: 30 sq. m  
roof top lounge/sala with Bbq.  
All bedrooms, living room and kitchen have separate air cons and light.  
  
Spacious open space tropical living and dining area with comfy sofa, flat screen satellite Tv and Dvd.  
Fully equipped European style kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware set (pots, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery).  
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Master bedroom: King size bed, built-in wardrobes, dressing table, mirror and en-suite bathroom with jaccuzi, shower and toilet in Master bedroom with private entrance.  
Second bedroom: twin beds, built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with expanded bathtub suitable for babies bathing.  
  
Bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer and safe-deposit box are provided free of charge.
