Staff lovely on arrival but seemed short staffed in the rest of the hotel and restaurant. Ate dinner at the restaurant and food was served very late and cold (other guests complained). Sunbed situation was not normal for a 5 star hotel. There are not enough for guests and some are reserved all day ...

Room was fine although don’t see the point of a kitchen if you don’t provide equipment and utensils. Pool area is just awful. Cramped, lack of sun loungers and permanently in the shade.

Its clean, its new, its full of yound people mostly, and its super convient location. Dog lovers place so that a plus or minus depending upon your opinion of that.
