The apartment was spotless, quiet, and in the perfect location for my UChicago visit. The pictures posted by owner do not reflect the state of the room that was provided. The studio is in an old building with an old small elevator, with a hallway bulletin board advertising "interview prep practice" for undergraduates. Seems like this houses U of C students. Rather than a trendy, modern room with art on the walls, ours interior was badly in need of painting (see pictures): walls and window sills in bathroom, bedroom and kitchen had old paint peeling.The kitchen table is in a windowless "closet" with cleaning supplies.
