"Helped at the front desk by a kind gentleman named Robbie. Greeted warmly, given tickets for free coffees and given a room by the pool promptly, even though it was an early check-in. We had a wonderful stay and had a fun time with the kids. We’re happy we came we had such a nice time at the pool with drinks and food poolside and were helped by a very nice lady named Paige who was very friendly and attentive. We will be back soon!
I Did want to say the banana bread on the cascades cafe menu should have a little warning about nut allergies but other than that amazing food! "

"This house is in a pretty decent area, the drive to attractions and dining options can range from 15-30 mins depending on your needs. The pool was nice and clean. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of things you may need for cooking. There were some coffee pods provided as well. Lots of space for kids, even board games. The Internet worked well and the tvs too. We would definitely book again if we ever come back to Phoenix. The property owner is also easy to communicate with and very nice! Definitely recommend. "
