Not quite a hotel not quite an apartment something in between It is a new place but it’s only good point was the price The laundry room is a bad experience It is easier to go to the laundromat No pool no breakfast terrible coffee It is in a safe area not close to dining only fast food Has a kitchen but no utensils or pans. They Must be purchased on site. Not loaned and the last thing I wanted to buy to only have to throw away Very strange setup to me"

"This Motel 6 is rather old. however it was very clean and quiet. Could use some updating but again. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked in the room. shower water pressure was great. The swimming pool was very clean. for a good nights sleep I will use this place again when I am in the area."

The home is bright, modern and the hosts have literally thought of everything, even those items that you discover you may have forgotten to pack. "It was a perfect home base. The pool and fire pit area left a little to be desired. Bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the water purifier was not working. Some things were a little dated and could be updated. We didn’t spend much time there so it served its purpose. Check in was incredibly easy. "

"Kids loved the pool and basketball court. Showerhead in bathroom was leaking and owner came and fixed that. Great place for large families."

Dirty, dog poop everywhere. hard to open room, broken appliances, but worst of all my credit card was compromised and charges showed up two months later And I know this because the only time I used that card was to rent the verbo there .Worst stay ever!! Im sorry but truthfully it was a sh!t show."

"Our flight was delayed and the host was amazing and helpful with the late check in. Having coffee and other necessities there was an added bonus that was very much appreciated especially since we were coming from the east coast. Alex and his home were beyond wonderful and we would definitely stay again when in the Phoenix area. Great location and ease to and from the airport. Central location to our families that are in Tempe and Surprise. Clean home with an amazing pool which we will enjoy on our next trip. "
