What I liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed extra pillows and towels and they made sure that we got them in a timely manner. Beds were comfortable. What I didn't like: The fact that it wasn't specified on the listing as an "extended stay" motel. There were a lot of people that live at the motel. The property had trash cans overflowing and trash piled up next to the cans. It had cars that were in varying levels of operability. There even was someone smoking marijuana at the base of the stairs the next morning when we left. My daughter didn't feel comfortable going to the car by herself. The property left a lot to be desired as it was also in varying levels of operability. It just gave the overall appearance of being in the stages of being run down. It could use a touch of corporate involvement and structure. It seems to me that if a corporation is selling off their properties to private individuals, then the individual(s) should drop the name of the corporate entity. Unless once reputable businesses are good with the reputation of hosting low-income housing type of properties. And if private hotel/motel operators plan to maintain a good rapport within the search engines, then take some pride in the propety and get folks that care about what it looks like to the general public.
