"The spa pool in the room is cold, unfortunely we did not enjoy the pool at all during the stay because it wasnt warm water, although we did use the hot jacouzi out side, but since we paid for the room in the pool and didnt use it at all it was a little upsetting and it was also dirty. Another thing i wish it was an all inclusive for the price we paid almost $2,000 for our stay and no food included. That was a bummer. Other than that i will say it a very nice hotel. They kept our room clean, staff was lovely, very kind, and they always made sure to come around to ask if we needed anything. "

"I had a great stay at Anat Tantric Boutique Hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect—close to Tulum’s center but still quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. 🌴✨"

"This hotel is for adults who want to relax and appreciate nature, and it is the most beautifully designed hotel I have ever been in! Every detail from the soap holders to the dishware is gorgeous and gives a very witchy-jungle vibe which I had never seen before. It is moody and lush and really draws you in to the jungle atmosphere. The cabins are spacious with outdoor showers, plunge pools, and cabins for you to relax in when you don’t want to be around people. The main pool had plenty of comfy seating and the water was cool and clear and did not smell of salt water or chlorine. The staff were very helpful in arranging a kettle and creamer for coffee, storing our bags before check in, and helping arrange airport transportation. They made everything flow smoothly which as a former backpacker/extreme budget traveler I was not used to but makes the trip feel so much more enjoyable. They play some light relaxing music that is not too loud and the restaurant and bar are open until 9 pm which was great for a late night snack. The food was all delicious, but make sure to ask for the hot sauce because they tone down the spice for guests and if you like spice like us then you will want to add some. Highly recommend the vanilla ice cream and goat cheesecake! I wish we had booked more days, two nights was not enough because the hotel is an experience in itself. Shout out to the interior designs of this place!! "

"There were two ACs (living room and bed room) which made everything super comfortable. We also had two patios which was great. There was nothing for basics (oil, salt, pepper, sugar etc). So cooking was somewhat limited but there were 3 plates, bowls, forks, a pot and a pan which worked well enough. The complex is really well kept and clean. Two pools with lots of seating; although it only gets afternoon sun from about 11-4/5. I’m not sure about cleaners, we had someone try to get the key for our room out of the lock box several times (which we had with us) but no one ever knocked or left a note. I have no idea if there is cleaning during your stay, we didn’t experience any. There are two body towels and two pool towels. No extra blankets, hand towels or face towels. We were in the top floor and it’s a little loud with the quads and bikes driving by but not unreasonable."

"I stayed at Copal Tulum Hotel for four days and overall had a great experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a relaxing jungle vibe that makes it easy to unwind. The cenote on the property was definitely a highlight—such a unique and wonderful feature. The yoga sessions were a 10/10, and the on-site photographer was also excellent. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good as well—everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Transportation arrangements were smooth and well accommodated, which made getting around much easier. The staff truly made a difference in my stay. Max was especially pleasant, kind, and very helpful, and Johnny was also incredibly supportive throughout my visit. The only downside was that the door was sometimes difficult and inconvenient to lock and open. I also purchased an upgraded room, which did not meet my expectations, it felt a bit small base on what is shown. Overall, despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would absolutely stay here again. "

"The room was dirty with dirty sheet and pillow case , the bathroom had spider Webb like it hasn’t been cleaned . The bed was so low it’s practically on the floor , but the place where there served breakfast was also dirty , run down is one thing to this place was flat out dirty . "
