"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

"My only problem was that we did not get the room we paid $800+ extra (about double the standard rate) to get for our honeymoon. Staff tried to make it right but I’m disappointed and feel misled. However everything else was a 5 star experience. The resort is gorgeous, loved the location l, and the staff was friendly - especially the restaurant staff. Speaking of the restaurant l, the food was insanely delicious. I would highly recommend Mi Amor. Just be aware you might not get the room you paid...

"Absolutely loved my time at Moxy. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Rooms are nothing grand but for one person maybe two it’s perfect. You don’t spend much time in your room anyways. Patito is a cute hidden gem and they have decent food. Location is in the middle of hotel zone and centro. The best part of the stay was most definitely the staff!"

"I stayed at Copal Tulum Hotel for four days and overall had a great experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a relaxing jungle vibe that makes it easy to unwind. The cenote on the property was definitely a highlight—such a unique and wonderful feature. The yoga sessions were a 10/10, and the on-site photographer was also excellent. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good as well—everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Transportation arrangements were smooth and well accommodated, which made getting around much easier. The staff truly made a difference in my stay. Max was especially pleasant, kind, and very helpful, and Johnny was also incredibly supportive throughout my visit. The only downside was that the door was sometimes difficult and inconvenient to lock and open. I also purchased an upgraded room, which did not meet my expectations, it felt a bit small base on what is shown. Overall, despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would absolutely stay here again. "

The morning yoga practice was absolutely beautiful. The teacher was not just guiding poses — she was guiding presence. Her energy was calm, grounded, and deeply attentive. She created a space that felt safe, supportive, and transformative. It wasn’t about performance. It was about connection — breath, body, awareness. Every movement felt purposeful and aligned with the surrounding nature. The sound healing ceremony was so powerful that we attended it twice. The experience was immersive and profound. The vibrations felt like they were moving through every layer — calming the mind while awakening something deeper. Time seemed to dissolve. It was both grounding and expansive at the same time. The cacao ceremony was heart-opening and intimate — gentle yet meaningful. And the temazcal was intense in the best way — cleansing, releasing, almost like a rebirth experience. This place offers more than relaxation. It offers depth, healing, and true reconnection — with yourself, with nature, and with the person you’re sharing it with. If you’re looking for romance with meaning, this is it. "
