"Great location downtown at Playhouse Square. Hotel was not busy. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice room, clean and quiet, comfortable bed. Breakfast and valet parking were included. Enjoyed our stay."

"The designers of this hotel knocked it out of the park, it is a beautiful hotel. We traveled with our dogs, who felt very comfortable during our stay. There are 2 nice big grassy areas down the street if you and your pup are up for a little walk, Hanna Plaza and Public Square. It was also close enough to walk to Progressive Field for a baseball game. We would definitely stay here again! Clean, nice staff and good location."
