A delightful self-contained, 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment located in Brislington; near the center of Bristol. Converted Victorian property offers excellent location and connectivity. Great for small families or contractors. Comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Everything is provided: Living area, fully-equipped kitchen, shower room, dining table. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars, local high street & supermarket  
  
The Space:  
The Brislington Base by STAE-Homes is a tastefully converted Victorian property in a great location to access Bristol and the South West.  
  
The living area contains a Smart TV, dining table, chairs and a comfortable sofa.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need at this home from home including hob, oven, crockery, toaster, kettle, washer etc.  
  
The shower room contains a modern shower, WC and basin.  
  
Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king size bed.  
  
Bedroom 2 is a twin with two single beds.
