Welcome to our cozy, updated farmhouse on a 58 acres of land just east of Belleville. Our waterfront property has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and tons of amenities. We're just a short drive away from all the attractions in Prince Edward County.

You'll enter across the bridge and continue up the road to the house on the hill. From there the space is yours. The front lawn leads you down to the creek and on site kayaks will get you into the Bay of Quinte during the spring and summer months. The backyard is completely private, with zero light pollution, so please enjoy the stars and the peace and calm of nature. Spark a fire, sit back, tell a few tales and enjoy a beverage or two.

You'll be the only ones on the property but we are a phone call or text away.

There are two grocery stores within 5 minutes, a pharmacy and the LCBO. Downtown Belleville is 6 or 7 minutes away and so is the Hospital, heaven forbid.

We will provide water for your visit as its best to only drink the bottled water. The washer and the dishwasher uses the well water but we'd prefer you drink the filtered from the bottles. The wifi is fast so if you come to works, use the solarium office as your refuge and chose to plug in when you feel up to it.

Please note a $1000 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your payment method during your stay.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may potentially result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been offered otherwise. We don't require you to clean after your stay - but at the same time please do not trash our home - we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning fees if the property is left in a condition beyond what is reasonably expected.

Please fully extinguish the embers in the fire pit after using it.

We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.
