« At first sight , this is a very clean home in a great neighborhood. Walking in , we were welcomed with a cute and helpful gift basket. Everything we needed for our trip was provided. I will definitely consider this property next time I’m in the area »

« Stayed for my daughter's pinning ceremony and graduation from UNF; my wife youngest daughter and mother in law. PERFECT location, nice layout with plenty of privacy for all four of us (wife and i were on top floor, everyone else on second floor with their own rooms.) Short walk to beach access, plenty of stores and restaurants around, Short drive to UNF or downtown. Will definitely stay here again whenever i am in town. »

« This stay was just what our family needed. Enjoyed plenty of time relaxing by the pool with our kids and dog. Also, we were close enough to the beach, but not too close. The bikes were a huge plus to have so that we did not have to deal with parking when going to the beach or restaurants. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. »

« A beautiful property within walking distance from the Atlantic. This house was all that the site described, and more. We enjoyed the fully supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/dryer and infant highchair and beach toys for our 1 yr. old granddaughter. We played corn hole, used the beach furniture and the firepit complete with supplied firewood. The hosts were accessible and our VRBO vacation was relaxing. We would stay in this property again if the opportunity arose. »

« Used this property to extend the weekend with ~10 guys after playing TPC Sawgrass. More space than we knew what to do with, perfect location between Jax Beach and Neptune Beach, very clean and comfortable! »

« Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking....

« Very clean. Very short walk to beach with easy beach access.only issues were no ice maker, hard to adjust thermostat. Sofa very low difficult to get the for anyone with knee issues. Beds comfortable. Loved the shower there were plenty of towels provided. Need a new beach chair and mat, and no beach-umbrella. Overall would stay there again »

« Close to Jacksonville beach and to some good brewerys! There is some road construction at the nearby beach access, but you can walk around it on either side. »

« We have had several trips down to Mayo Clinic, hate it took us this long to find this gem. Walk to the Beach and all our favorite Jax Beach spots, quick drive up to City Center and Neptune Beach, and less than 15 minutes to Mayo!!!!! Taco Bell drive through is right next door, but if you sleep with any background noise, like a fan, you won’t hear anything. Was not an issue at all. Zac was awesome!! He’s quick to respond and very helpful. This space is comparable in size to a hotel room suite....

« The location of this unit was perfect. 25 minute walk to the beach and a beautiful nature preserve. Also super close to a wide variety of stores. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet as well. The inside of the house was very clean and equipped with extras such as soaps, sunscreen, detergent, etc. The pool is not heated, or covered, so was not usable for our stay in March. The management company was very helpful and responsive via email any time of the day. »

« We stayed at Seaspray Condos. Hosts :Bart, Jeff & Sue. This was the perfect place for a Home away from home. Clean, Tidy and Chill vibes from the furnishings to the Beachfront view.
