« This was a fantastic location, a block from the beach which allow dogs. The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. Easy commute to downtown St. Augustine and SA beach. Glenn, the host, quickly responded to questions and made sure our arrival and access was quick and easy. « This property is located conveniently next to the porpoise point ramp on vilano beach. There are plenty of restaurants near by and it is just a stones throw away from downtown st Augustine and st Augustine beach. The property is appointed with everything you need for a weekend stay. The bed was comfortable and the villa was clean. The pool in the back is on the smaller side, but was very clean and we enjoyed it. The back deck is really nice too. « The host interaction was fine. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location can’t be beat. It’s very small. 4 people would have a hard time. The kitchen is workable, but I wouldn’t say ready for prime time. I had trouble with the front door and the lock system, but the day before I left, they changed the batteries and that made all the difference. The backyard is really just the side of the house. »
