It was very easy to communicate with the owner and it was a very convenient location to the Mayo clinic, with just an 8 to 10 minute drive to get back-and-forth to Mayo. There are lots of retail and restaurant options in the vicinity. The property was clean and featured two bedrooms upstairs with a full Jack and Jill bathroom and a half bath downstairs. It also has a full kitchen, which was great for being able to prepare meals at the townhouse versus having to eat out every night.
