« Great location for attending the Hayt Colligate at Sawgrass CC. Walk to the course in 10 minutes. Listing could have mentioned the Murphy bed. Entry door and slider both need some serious attention. 10 digit entry code ridiculous. »

« This little bungalow is a gem! Updated, clean, comfortable. The back porch was our favorite-it’s right on the beach. The owner has a great set up back there with potted flowers creating an oasis. It’s a quiet, beautiful, restful place where our family of three really reset. Would LOVE a two bedroom option, but would return the price and location. Marita the host was also great! »

« The location was great. However the furnishings are overdue for replacement. The only bed was not comfortable & should be updated to a queen instead of a full. The counters in the bathroom were unusually tall & might be difficult for shorter guests to use. The sofa was lumpy & should be replaced. »

« Jeri was one of the most thoughtful and attentive hosts I have encountered. She not only has a beautiful property 75 yards from the beach in the exclusive Sawgrass beach club but she left beach chairs and towels for us to use. She also stocked the fridge for breakfast and baked us a chess pie! Wonderful stay and her service made it all the better! »

« This spot is perfect for a quick stay in Ponte Vedra. My only gripe is that the property manager did not add my name to the approved guest list, so getting in the first time was a little painful. BUT the host resolved the issue with a quick phone call and all was well. Honestly, having that level of security made me feel a lot safer staying by myself for a business conference. Would recommend. »

« Our stay included two weekends the host did not respond to any of our concerns either weekend. Property host shouldn’t take the weekends off. Having said that the washer and dryer was very hard to access, lacking cookware, the unit was on the dirty side, The pool is at a different location, the listing is misleading. The club house, pools next to our unit are for members only. »

« This condo is bright, spacious, clean and updated. Great location, central to everything. Ten minute walk to beach. Condo should supply beach chairs and beach towels. No mattress pad for king bed. Could use more hooks to hang towels in bathroom. Also, only about 6 coat hangers available for all three bedrooms. Otherwise, beautiful condo, had a lovely stay! »

« At first sight , this is a very clean home in a great neighborhood. Walking in , we were welcomed with a cute and helpful gift basket. Everything we needed for our trip was provided. I will definitely consider this property next time I’m in the area »

« Parking Concerns: Initially, I had concerns about parking since the listing mentioned accommodation for up to 3 cars, but we had more. I reached out a week before the trip, but it took until the arrival date to confirm the maximum of 3 cars and provide an alternative parking site. Check-In Experience: Check-in was at 4 PM, but we arrived at 5:10 PM and found the housekeeper still cleaning. The housekeeper didn't speak English, which made communication difficult. We had to wait for half an hour...
