"I love staying here. Everytime we are in Ponte Vedra, this is where my son asks to stay. We have been coming here for years! Perfection in every way every single time!!! "

"Amazing house, with a fantastic floor plan and dazzling ocean views. Every bedroom has privacy, ocean view and a bathroom. The bedrooms open up into an unbelievable two story open space with a first floor patio and second story deck facing the beautiful beach. The beach is wonderful with a decent surf break. Limited public access in the immediate area left us feeling like we had a private beach. Ten to fifteen minute drive to all the fun restaurants, bars, museums and all the other fun things to do in Saint Augustine. This was the absolute perfect place for our family and we hope to do it again. The one negative thing was… just kidding, there was none. Like I said at the beginning … it was perfect!!!"

"At first sight , this is a very clean home in a great neighborhood. Walking in , we were welcomed with a cute and helpful gift basket. Everything we needed for our trip was provided. I will definitely consider this property next time I’m in the area"

"Our family recently had a wonderful beach vacation at a rental house. Despite arriving during a storm, we enjoyed a good morning on the beach during our four-day stay. The house had a convenient location right on the beach, with easy access from a spacious driveway. It had a key code entry and a lower level with a bedroom, half bath, and laundry room. Upstairs, the main living area had bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with ample natural light. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathrooms were spacious. The bedrooms had clean carpeting, and there were a few minor flooring issues. The house had a dehumidifier to combat the humidity, and the air conditioning worked well. We took safety precautions for our children and brought our own entertainment devices. There was a nearby convenience store and gas station for necessities, and several restaurants and a grocery store were a short drive away. Overall, the rental house provided a great beachfront experience, despite some minor quirks."
