"Everything went well until breakfast. One older lady working the breakfast came out of the room telling another worker that “they’re just going to have to wait” referring to us guests as there was hardly even food replenished. It was very busy and there were linemen working for the storm. After she replenished the eggs, she came to the pancake maker where my friend and I were waiting for it to he refilled. The machine said something to the effect of open lid. Well my friend did. This worker snapped at her and told her she can’t do that. My friend had to walk away to gain her composure. As she’s refilling the machine she says out loud that nobody was expecting this many people. Again, understandable but to be so vocal about the shortcomings in front of guests was off putting. We had no issues with any other staff members but we skipped breakfast the next morning so avoid that lady."

"Upgraded rooms were well appointed and the new coffee shop And bar area was nicely done! We arrived later than intended and Christy was at hand to assist with the key code that had expired ! Great assistance right out of the gate !!"

"The room was fine. Had a smell of mold. But the bed was comfy. Was told the wrong time so Missed breakfast. A\C was loud but worked. Front desk lady was nice. Great location for what I needed."

"The room floor was sticky. On the morning of check out, I mopped a small part of the floor with the bathroom mat towel. They white towel was solid gray on the part used to mop. Disgusting. Only one elevator and no stairs near the elevator. Not a good building design. The elevator floor stayed dirty all three days."

"The room was clean. The AC was working but it was loud. Parking was fine. The pool wasnt open. Change the TV remove as it was sticky and I could not clean it."
Beautiful Home on Kingsley Lake with Private Dock, 4 Kayaks

"This is a great little getaway or long stay place to go! All the amenities you'll need are there to use. Don't let the first glance when driving up fool you, this lake house is practically brand new inside. Appliances, flooring, beds, pillows and blankets. It has enough towels for weeks, even though there is a washer and dryer on location. The deck and dock are like new and wonderful to sit out on or walk out to the end just to chill or fish. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. The house has a boat ramp. The lake is low due to the dry weather in the area, but don't let that deter you from bringing your boat or jet skis. The owner has a great method and will use his lifted truck to hook up your trailer and put your boat in the water at check-in and come back around 9:30 on check-out to put the boat (or jet skis) back onto the trailer. Contact them first. I had a 23ft Key West Bay Reef. Walmart and Winn Dixie are 10 minutes away. Loved this place and plan to return if and when it's available."
