Interesting building, older room with shabby renovations. Clicker malfunctioned. No hangers. Fan and mini fridge made a variety of noises. Bar uncomfortable. All avoidable with the hiring of a qualified maintenance guy and some updates to lighting, paint, tile, etc. in the middle of the night guy in room above me started talking to himself, moving chairs, stomping around, he yelled at front desk ( also heard by me, do not accept rm 108 for any reason) and continued to rant from 3:20a til 4:30am. Its history and the fact that is about 100 yds from the ocean were the biggest draws. The rooftop bar and its wonderful view were also an added benefit. The staff at the front desk were great - helpful and focused on making your stay memorable.
