Check in was easy, as you're allowed to leave your luggage if you arrive early and hit the parks. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.The staff were friendly and helpful. The food options are pretty much Starbucks and pizza - nothing special but also nothing to complain about.

The food was really good. If I lived by there, I'd probably go back just for the food. The room was great. The desk clerk was the nicest one I've ever come across. The hot tub by the pool was a lifesaver after a day at Universal. They even projected movies on a screen (okay, it was like a bed sheet, but it worked really well) at the pools to entertain everyone.

Room was plain, not the cleanest and the food court was lacking. The all white decor made the hotel more like a hospital and less futuristic. Lobby furniture was filthy. Hotel bar was nice and drinks priced reasonably.
