"Our family has a wonderful time on our stay. The house was as advertised and the beach was even closer than it looked in the pictures.The hosts were very easy to work with and responded quickly to all communications.The garage has everything you would need for the beach from children's toys to boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas.A publix supermarket is ten minutes away with a great and reasonably priced restaurant on the water right behind it.We will definitely stay here again."

"Although the rental is in a nice neighborhood and has been recently updated, there were bugs, alive, and dead, as well as rodent droppings throughout the house and within the bedsheets in one of the bedrooms. We could also tell that the place didn’t seem to have been rented or used because it was very dusty. When we called the rental agency, they quickly moved us to a different larger house without many questions which was odd. Unfortunately, that move, took almost the entire next day to get...
