"This condo has the best ocean view of any we’ve ever stayed in! The beach was uncrowded and pristine. The area is peaceful and quiet and we had a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. We enjoyed the condo and shared a few chuckles over its retro feel. Our only complaints are with the property manager. He didn’t provide check in info until I had to ask for it-twice. Also, upon arrival, our keys were unavailable and I had to call him and sit and wait in the parking lot until he came."

"The location of Pier 17 was so great for my stay. There was endless beach to walk on after waking to the ocean view. Restaurants were in abundance and Rita's was 50 yards away. The accommodations were absolutely spot on and perfect for me. The pool was even heated and was superb for a swim in February. 10/10 "

"My family and I had a great stay. Our kids loved being able to bounce around from the beach to the heated pool and the other pool. As a parent, it was convenient to have the condo so close that we could walk to all of these places because my kids (7 & under) needed naps every day from all the playing. The short drive to St. Augustine restaurants and shops was also a plus. Great place, would stay again. "
