"Had a great stay with my husband, 7 month old, and in-laws. Kitchen is spacious and updated, balcony area was nice and bigger than expected. There is a full bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second. Primary bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom sink which was a perk. Pool was not heated but an enjoyable space. Beach is beautiful, wide, and you can drive on it."

"The location of this condo is great! The view of the ocean is beautiful and it is only a few minutes walk out the condo boardwalk to the beach. The owners even left a few beach chairs for us to use. There are many restaurants very near-by along with fun activities such as miniature golf. The 2 pools are perfect for non-beach times. We had a lovely long stay!"

"This was a very clean and updated condo in a great location. The complex is very well maintained and the two pools (one heated) are very nice as well. The only small negative is there isn't a primary bathroom. There is only one bathroom upstairs that is shared with both bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!"

"Stayed here for one week with two kids under two. We really enjoyed this condo. It was comfortable, clean and quiet and had all the amenities that we needed. You have to walk across the street to get to the beach but it's not far and the beach is worth it. We really enjoyed staying here and we hope to stay here again!"

We had only ever been to St Augustine once before ~ 10 years ago--and this property was perfectly located for all our outings. The furnishings were comfortable and we all appreciated the swimming pools and the beautiful beach. All concerns were addressed by the host quickly and resolved professionally.
