We enjoyed our stay - the house was clean and modern and as advertised. About a 20 minute walk to the heart of the historic district close enough to enjoy without lol the traffic during Nights of Lights!

If your pet doesn’t mind stairs this is ideal. Fenced in yard was a must, but I didn’t expect to see previous pet poop scattered throughout the backyard. I picked it all up and wondered why there’s a pet fee when it was such a disaster. I always pick up after my pet and was extremely disappointed that that wasn’t done before we arrived. There were a couple issues within the property as well. Broken glass in guest bedroom facing road and guest bath had smudges on wall and a few minor baseboard issues as well. The host seemed congenial enough but never responded when I pointed out the window and I haven’t mentioned the dog doo after that.

Great location, very nice, quiet area

The host was awesome, home was clean, very nicely decorated, had everything we needed. Check in was super easy. Had a nice surprise when we arrived, there was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommend!

Retirement time

Very happy with our stay. It was just like the photos on the sight. It was close to everything we were interested in. The area was peaceful and we’d love to return in the future. The only problem was the tv we tried every day and never had any luck , thankfully we didn’t vacation there to sit around and watch tv.

Everything we needed was there ; all we needed was food and our clothing. The 2 bicycles were a plus to tour around the town. We also walked from the house to the historical downtown. Very enjoyable. This was our 2nd vacation at this home 🏡 😃

Awesome Location

Overall amazing experience in this property. The place is spacious, the owners were fantastic and I could easily walk/bike right into downtown St Augustine. Only improvement I’d recommend is to the wifi which was very slow. Other than that, this was a great spot!

Perfect Place

The overall experience is one to remember. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Saint Augustine. This property was very clean and presentable. We honestly can’t believe that this gem existed and are very happy with our experience. Everything is very close to the rental property so the 2 bikes at the rental property gave us the opportunity to explore the neighborhood and local stores. We would love to revisit Saint Augustine again using this exact property in the near future.

Lots of things broken and missing, not as promised

The property looked nice when we walked in, but many things are broken/missing and is just not acceptable for the price charged. For example, our front window was broken and taped together with packing tape, there were no window coverings in the bedrooms and we had to block the morning sun with lines of pillows or be woken up at 645am, the spout on the coffee pot was broken, we were given one hand towel for 2.5 bathrooms, we were only given one coffee for a 3 night stay, comforters had random brown stains on them, though they provided cornhole, there were not enough beanbags, the bikes had rusted chains and flat tires (though they allowed us to borrow bikes from their next house), there was someone else’s dog poop in the back yard which was filled with weeds and anthills…. If you charge a premium price, (and nonrefundable fee), the expectations are higher than what was provided.

The house is really nice and we loved the fully fenced yard for our dog! It was nice to be able to walk to a couple restaurants and the distillery. We opted to drive downtown because the walk would have been pretty far. The owners provided great info about the area and restaurant recommendations. St. Augustine is so nice! Our only complaints were the back door handle kept falling off (we informed the owners but didn’t hear back), one bedroom has a queen bed where the listing said both bedrooms had kings, and while the house was very clean overall, the floors were pretty dirty.

The explanation of the property was accurate. It was very comfortable. Conveniently located. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Only suggestion that it needs is some kind of window coverings in the front bedroom and towel holders in bathrooms. Not necessary but would be nice.
