A comfortable seating area with two chairs that convert to single beds offers space to relax or accommodate additional guests. The studio has a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and thoughtful decorative touches to enhance your stay. The bathroom includes a convenient shower stall for a quick refresh.  
  
Step outside to your spacious patio, the perfect spot for savoring morning coffee as boats glide by or enjoying a glass of wine while soaking in breathtaking harbor sunsets.  
  
Picture your day here: begin with a relaxed patio breakfast followed by a leisurely stroll along the marina or a scenic boat tour.
