It met our need for lodging was affordable and very convenient. Literally 4-5 steps from pool of the patio. Beach is very close and has a family vibe. The only issue we had was a coffee pot malfunction and there was a new one at our door that afternoon. The only thing I would say was a little bit hard, was not having to do with the room at all, but the fact that we had to walk across the whole parking lot to bring our dog to a tiny little dog run.
