« The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. »

« Absolutely gorgeous property!! Upon entering the home you’re met with a gorgeous view in an open concept living room. The kitchen was fully stocked for my family’s needs and it was very easy to navigate. Each bedroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Linen was available for each guests. I would 100% recommend booking this space. »

« My family stayed together at this beautiful home while in town for my fathers funeral and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home had everything we needed, and the crib and kids’ toys made it especially great for the little ones.Mornings sipping coffee on the back patio while overlooking the pond were peaceful and exactly what we all needed. « The space was exactly how described. The host wasted no time pointing us to the entrance, and is very friendly. It was reasonably priced and we would stay here again if we found ourself near South Jacksonville again. This is an upstairs loft style setup so you will have to go up a short flight of stairs, maybe six to eight. The walk from the parking area to the entrance was all about 100 ft so very convenient. « Very cute property! We came to visit our son at NAS Jax, and we had plenty of space for the 6 members of our family. The kitchen has very basic amenities, and it would have been nice to have a baking sheet and toaster. The TV in the living room was a little complicated, and instructions would have been handy.
