"My credit card has been double-charged. I contacted the manager, but only received a reply once, and haven't heard from them since. They won't even give their name, what dishonest behavior! What's going on? Are you refusing to help me because I'm overseas? This is a matter of trust! You must let me know the reasons!!! I will keep posting this until I get a proper response! thanks!"

"My bathroom sink was stopped up, called desk and engineering never showed up to fix. Had to use the kitchenette sink to shave, wash hands, brush teeth. No towel or bed service was done, trash not emptied. Breakfast was top notch but the room service left a lot to be desired. Sad, but otherwise enjoyed my stay. Those things are important to me. "
