"Place needs a deep cleaning, bed cover appeared to have dry spots of what appeared to be male semen faucets were dirty need good hand scrub and clean. Bath tube looked grungy as if needs good scrub with bleach, toilet as well. There was dried urine underneath toilet seat on toilet bowls. Just needs some good tos! Besides that it’s worth what you pay for!"

"We stayed here on commencement weekend. It was far enough away to be out of the Claremont traffic, but close enough to get to all the activities in a timely manner. Hosts were gracious in their effort to accomodate my parents who are in their 80's. All in all a good place to stay."
