Loved my stay at the regent. Felt like a seamless resort stay. I enjoyed the location, staff, room, and restaurant. The house car was a nice touch! One thing I wish was in the room: snacks! Either complimentary or for purchase! My stay was fantastic from the moment I stepped foot on the property, only good things to say about this hotel. Shoutout to Christian who greeted us and checked in with how our stay is. The spa was also AMAZING! Very clean, modern and has every amenity you need....

The staff was amazing.

Staff was so amazing very friendly and knowledgeable location was beautiful and very scenic for a peaceful getaway it was perfect

Excellent experience!

The room was very clean, roomy, and the staff were very helpful, especially Kelly who is always smiling 😃 and making us feeling so welcomed and comfortable and wanting to come again. Although we felt that between rooms there seemed not very well soundproofed comparing with some other similar hotels, but we still sleeped well for the 2 nights we stayed there. I would recommend it to friends.

Very good

Wife and I recently toured Southern California for our Anniversary. The entire trip was wonderful and we stayed at beautiful extravagant hotels the entire time. But the highlight came when spent the last few days of our trip in Malibu. We had planned to only have lunch at this hotel to enjoy the awesome ocean view as seen from internet images. But after seeing the hotel, and the location (right on the beach with all rooms having an ocean view). We changed our plans, cancelled our prior...

This resort is spectacular. The location and facilities totally exceeded our expectations. Though we were unlucky to be there during a lot of rain, the resort did their best to have some activities to make up for us not to be able to enjoy the property as intended, look forward to returning during better weather.

clean and comfortable, great check in, delicious restaurant . would definitely stay here again

Absolutely wonderful, the staff was brilliant and the property gorgeous. We’re looking forward to being back in a few months

We had a wonderful experience at the Channel Road Inn. Can not wait to return. Our room was spacious and well appointed with views out over the neighbourhood and nearby beach. The property is very well maintained and provides a feeling of being at home. The staff were extremely pleasant and professional. Breakfast items and evening wine and cheese were well thought out and prepared. It was nice to be just outside of the main tourist and commercial areas but yet only a 25 minute walk along the...

Everything great. Except that the mattress was too soft for me.

Large comfortable room with great services.

Love, love, love this hotel. The Proper Hotel in Santa Monica exceeded all expectations! From the moment we stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and elegance. The chic decor, impeccable service, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. The rooms are stylishly appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The rooftop bar and pool are the perfect place to relax. One minor negative was the open concept hallways. Being open plan, it becomes a...
