"Great Stay, Friendly Staff "

"I love the location and the amenities the hotel has to offer. Staff was nice and friendly and allowed me to check in early after a long travel day and waived the fee. My last three visits have all been the same, my room is right by the elevator and or faced the street causing me to be woken up at all hours of the night by guests and pedestrians outside of the room making it unpleasant and disruptive at times. I know that the rooms arent great for those who book through a third party and it shows. I just wish there were better rooms available when booking through a 3rd party."

"staff were great. pool is a great size. building is extremly outdated. In our room the floor standing lamp was broken, the black out curtains were damaged and one of the bed bases was damaged so the mattress fell through it. the split system had black mold in it and the bathroom had broken tiles and fixtures. the shuttle to disneyland only runs in the morning to take you there and after 7pm to bring you back. when i reported all the damage in the room there was no response to fix anything."

"Not what I expected. When my daughter and I arrived to checkin we were given a room that the door had been patched together obvious it had been kicked in before. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat. We did request a new room and they did change it. However there were people up all night yelling and fighting. Rooms had strange Oder like old carpet. "
