"The room was not the cleanest, found food under the bed. Some of the outlets in the bathroom did not work. The room was way too cold and we could not adjust the thermostat. The pillows were all rock hard. The shuttles used to transport to Disneyland were very old, but they were very timely. The parking pass never worked at the parking gate, making it very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot."

"The breakfast was standard continental, eggs, sausage, mickey waffles which was cute. It would be nice if they had a yogurt option. Parking was limited but we were lucky to secure a spot. We didn’t use the pool or gym but it looked pretty clean and quite large. The room smelt quite strong of chemicals, but I understand they probably fumigate often/use strong chemicals with the volume of people coming through. The towels and bed were clean. The pillows seemed brand new as they were quite fluffy and stuffed. Overall the stay was fine. I was worried about bugs from other reviews but didn’t see any, and I feel like checked thoroughly. We were smart and kept everything off the floor and in the suitcase just in case. Noise level was manageable. We were on the main floor so could hear the kids upstairs running around. I brought earplugs so didn’t really notice. We didn’t hear people on either side of us. For the price of the hotel and proximity to the park you really can’t go wrong. Also to have breakfast available and free parking, it was really one of the best options. It’s probably a 20 minute walk from the park which was great. There is also a walgreens and CVS on the corner for convenience. If you’re spending most of your day out then it is a great option. "

"As for the breakfast I didn’t try it due to sleeping in a little longer than expected each day, but the AC was great and our experience for the first time here was amazing. Much better than expected. Well actually the only little issue was with the Starbucks folks but oh well. "
