"Upon checking in, we were greeted with thoroughly professional and personable service and, as it was in the midst of a heatwave, we were offered bottles of water. While commonly found in Japanese hotels, this was the first U.S. hotel room bathroom that we've encountered that was equipped with a Toto washlet. Shower was spacious with a thoughtfully placed faucet (so it is impossible to get blasted by cold water when starting the water). Yay!"

"2nd time I’ve stayed here really enjoy the comfort of the rooms. The area is nice also. Very convenient to the 210 fwy. Will definitely stay here again. "

"For staff and service I would of given terrible because Steven at valet/concierge stood there and watched me put all my bags/luggage on the cart and when I was finished he asked me “is there anything else in the car” I said “no I got it all now” he said “ok good”! He just wasn’t very customer service friendly,seems arrogant! I called the hotel manager Michael and he was very nice and understanding and apologetic about what occurred ( he has cool orange glasses too) but Michael is the reason I am giving 5 stars for that category! "
