"The property is lovely. Signage to the guest rooms on the first floor is greatly lacking and confusing. My room definitely needed a deep clean. Lots of dust on lamps, pictures, etc. The safe didn’t work. All relatively minor, but for the cost of the stay, it really should be pristine. Room service brought me fruit that was past its prime and even had mold on one of the strawberries. "

"We loved the modern room renovations! There were storage cubbies and charging stations everywhere you wanted them. The beds were so comfortable, with nice, fresh linens. The modern ceiling fan was a nice surprise and the addition of the table and settee that could also work as a sleeping place was brilliant. "I loved it! The place was very nice with wonderful and kind staff. The place was very clean and had a very professional look. The only issues I've faced was the card key not working but the people at the front desk were very cooperative and helped me fix the problem. There was a slight humid smell in the room and the elevator was a little squeaky. But other than that, it was excellent! I will definitely be reserving a room here again!"
