"1. The flooring was bowing next to my bed due to the sub-floor not being level. 2. The lamps next to the bed buzzed even when turned off so I had to unplug them at night. 3. I stayed there for 4 nights and nobody ever came and cleaned up or brought freash towels. 4. It was very noisy in my room from the other guest."

"We stayed at the Magnolia Hotel, and unfortunately the only positive aspect was its location. Beyond that, the experience was quite disappointing. There was a strong bleach smell lingering in the hallways at all times, which was very uncomfortable. The room itself felt unclean, and the air conditioning unit appeared to have not been properly cleaned in a long time—it was visibly dusty. We stayed for three nights and experienced constant sneezing throughout our stay. This raised serious health concerns for us, and even after checking out, we have continued to deal with sore throats. Overall, the conditions did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort."

"This hotel was noticeably very dated, cracked tiles, hard water stains on plumbing, etc. For the most part, surfaces were clean but clearly only in traffic pattern areas. Our room had multiple acrylic fingernails on the floor and one on the air conditioning unit. Also, the pool was very much out of function, I think they said something about using the pool next door if you wanted to but we didn't get that far. The communication was great, but the shuttle was also out of commission on the day that we arrived."

"Upon entering our room, we discovered that the toilet was backed up and wouldn't flush. It’s never the first thing you want to deal with after a long day of travel, and honestly, my initial reaction was to be pretty annoyed. I called the front desk, and I have to give them credit—they were incredibly professional. A maintenance technician arrived at our door in less than 10 minutes. He was polite, wore shoe covers to keep the room clean, and had the issue resolved in about five minutes. Aside from that initial hiccup, the room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city."

"Well, we have to go to a few places to finally find it, but it was so old and the ad in the Hotels.com looks so new it was over 100 year-old building so it was really old. The bones didn’t know we couldn’t park two cars. No one told us it was fiesta week we paid $45. They waved it because we didn’t eat the food. It was an edible and the drinks were all watered down even if it was free. It was not worth it cause it’s like drinking three drinks for the price of one or for one and you just get full and no affect plus we wanted to use the pool rooftop was closed due to the weather so the little tiny pool had 100 children in it and it smelled like gross chlorine to the max like you could clean the entire hotel for all the chlorine and there’s about 100 kids from the age of 6 to 1 years old jumping around it was crazy and I paid extra for Hotel for the Jacuzzi and Spa. We did not use my husband wanted it so bad didn’t get to use it at all we got dressed up and went there. "
