"Hotel smelled like mildew hotel front desk was rude and didn’t speak English well. Also my bed was broke and the Also said I damaged 2 towels and a bath mat when they didn’t have a bath mat ( we put a towel down) so they tried to charge me $55 per towel and the bath mat overall no to the hotel but the beach was great I’ll try it again at a different property"

"Waited 45 mins to check in. After finally checking in. We pulled the sheets back and they was very stained, Telephone didn't work, tv didn't work and all the kids channels were only audio. Only 2 towels ,no towel for the the floor to step on when getting out the shower. When I asked for more towels she had an additude. Housekeeping only spoke Spanish and was very rude..wasn't given a wifi information. Very limited breakfast food. Noticed the food wasn't kept safe...the yogurt wasn't cold. The fruit was bruised up and old looking. I don't recommend staying here."

"I was very pleased with the size of the room but the house cleaners failed to clean the backs of bathroom doors and around light fixtures that it gives the place a dumpy look. The build your own breakfast omlettes were the best but the breakfast room is somewhat stark and unwelcoming. The windows are long overdue for a cleaning and should be cleaned regularly for a more upscale appearance. I slept very well on the beds. The mattresses and pillows were perfect. The staff checking people in need to be better trained so they can be faster and more efficient. They are kind and helpful but checking in shouldn't take so long. I like that they allowed pets. The food was tasty and not outrageously priced. Location was great. Overall it just needs a little attention to detail to make this gem shine."

"First off, I want to clarify we didn't have housekeeping come in during our stay since we brought our own bedding. Because of this, we would have to ask for towels and wash cloths. Half the time, the front desk wouldn't pick up the phone, so my husband had to go downstairs to ask for some. They said they would send some up ASAP. We waited hours and kept calling. I understand housekeeping was done for the day but most hotels keep towels near the front desk. I was left waiting two separate times for towels while butt naked fresh out of the shower. This was 30-45 minutes after my husband asked for towels. One morning my husband caught housekeeping down the hall and asked for some towels and wash cloths and he would give her the dirty ones in return. She told him "when we get to your room." Oh ok. She may have misunderstood him because during our last day there, he asked housekeeping again and they happily gave him whatever he asked for. We also had the shower drain clog 3 separate times. The first time, I called the front desk and they sent someone to come take care of it. After 24 hours it was clogged again. We just took care of it after that since getting service had been so difficult. Listen, my husband is basically a silver back gorilla and I have long hair....but dang our shower at home doesn't get clogged 3 times in 5 days. Please be so fr."
