In the opposite direction this condo is a few steps from from the local ice cream parlor and the famous Blackbeard's Restaurant. Location is everything on South Padre Island. You can walk to local shops, restaurants, and exercise on the bike trail. Falcon House is located in the heart of South Padre Island! Private parking for one vehicle, and there is a shared courtyard where you can gather with friends! Sit on the patio with a refreshing beverage or just Cross the Boulevard and be immediately on the beach! Great condo that sleeps 6\. You can even bring your best friend Fido! Blackbeards is walking distance, (great dinner there 1 night) the beach is maybe 1/2 block away with views of the water from the balconies! Did Meatball Cafe one night, really yummy! Lots of fun with family who met us there from Austin and stayed at a different location. Yvonne is a sweetheart and so helpful!
