The indulgence continues in your 10th floor 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom residence featuring contemporary decor, a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, and magnificent views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Sapphire's resplendent pool. Beautifully furnished and accessorized, Sapphire #1009 transports you to a world of fine Island living. An open living and kitchen area is tastefully accessorized and perfect for romance, relaxation, or lively entertaining. Nice furnishings, state-of-the-art electronics, and magnificent views complete the living area. Your vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a contemporary kitchen featuring stainless appliances, spacious cabinets, beautiful granite counters, and all the cooking tools you need.

You'll rest peacefully in your master bedroom outfitted with a sumptuous king-sized bed and you'll awaken to magnificent sunrises from the expansive windows overlooking the pool and the ocean. A private master bath features double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub to ease your cares. Your guests will enjoy comfortable sleeping in one of two guest rooms. The first with a Queen size bed and the second with two Full beds. A shared guest bath has a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

This condominium is a corner unit and offers a balcony with a grill on the west side of the condo, it is the perfect spot to watch a beautiful South Padre Island sunset! Your ultimate beach resort experience begins at Sapphire!

Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear.

Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time. Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.

As of April 2024 Sapphire guests are no longer allowed to use the pool or hot tub amenities at Margaritaville (formerly The Pearl).

1009 Saphire

Great facilities, well kept and clean. Unit was very nice, balcony views were great. Only suggestion is to upgrade the beds. Master bed frame was not sitting level due to carpet under foot board and middle vertical supports had collapsed causing mattress to sink in middle. Vertical Supports appear to be too long for height of horizontal slats. Guest beds were just very firm. All in all, really enjoyed our stay and would recommend both the facility and the unit. Our first, but not last, Padre Island visit. Thanks!

Nice condo, loud music

The condo itself was very nice with nice views, however, we stayed during Spring Break and the Holiday Inn next door hosted parties for college kids 3 nights in a row that blared music so loud nobody could sleep until it stopped at 2am every night. Also the pools were completely drained and inaccessible during our entire stay which was not mentioned by anybody at any time. Very disappointing.

False Advertising

They said a restaurant and bar was available next door but that was not true. They were closed for renovation and did not tell use when they took our money. It was a holiday week so we paid higher than necessary to get access so we did not have to drive. It was false advertising and they would not compensate us. Wasted extra money to get this location. Be careful with what they promise.

okay, not great

First, the good: location, pool, beach access are wonderful! Second, the not good: furniture is old, broken, and dirty. This is not a comfortable condo to hang out in. While the beds were comfortable, the bedding and bath linens were not great. We were given 2 towels per bathroom (worn and cheap) and the king size pillows had standard size pillow cases. We had to buy additional trash bags as well. The kitchen is not well-furnished so we ended up eating out every night. We had a great stay, but would not reserve this room again.

Sapphire condo

The rental itself was excellent, well stocked kitchen, clean and quiet, except for the malfunctioning fire alarm one night. The check in process was cumbersome. Numerous emails requesting information with confidential information which was not needed as I refused to send all of it. There is never a need to send a picture of a Cc to a phone number. Besides that all the information was not sent by email which then required us to stop at your office. After filling out the requested form we tried to check in with at the Sapphire and were told they didn't have the form. After waiting, calling and repeatedly questioning the front desk we filled the form out there. With todays simple check-ins SPI rentals made the evening so cumbersome we will hesitate to use you again.

My biggest complaint is there were like 2 luggage carts. We had planned on stopping for groceries before we arrived on the island but with the confusion on check in, we decided to wait. I’m so glad we did! There is no one there to help get luggage moved to room, which was new to us. I’m fine with getting my own stuff but have luggage carts, NOT shopping carts! I felt like a homeless beach bum carting my stuff around. Not to mention it took 4 carts to move all our stuff. The room locks also need to be updated. Key Cards that lose their ability to unlock the door if kept close to a cell phone is completely antiquated. Also, a silicone bracelet that can be slipped off and on instead of the cheap, tight, plastic resort bracelets need to be replaced. These are suppose to be the most luxurious condos on the island, but these few things made it feel like a cheap vacation rental when I stepped out of my condo. They are easy fixes and really not even expensive fixes.

Great service

This was our 10th year with SPI Rentals and your customer service continues to be exceptional. We did have trouble with the trac lighting. There are only 4 fixtures that work anymore and that is not enough light at night for our activities. I do hope this can be fixed before next year. Thank you, Kent and Sylvia Person

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our family loved our stay at Sapphire! The condo was very well equipped and had great views of the beach. The amenities are awesome. We enjoyed the gym and my wife and daughter loved the spa. Beach access was easy and the huge pool always had space available. The location was perfect for us. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again!
