"Absolutely surreal stunning experience. Emotional to leave. Breakfast buffet is incredible, lots to do on site, Banff in town is great. Great food and shopping. This will be an annual trip. Spend the money on a 1 bedroom suite at least. Spoil yourself and enjoy this special place. Unreal service and experience. Can not say enough. Sorry for posting a few car photos but as a car guy, this was a road trip from Vancouver Island and they were more than happy to allow us to indulge a few minutes to take a few pictures, even moving other vehicles to make this special for us."

"Now the location may scare some people away but it shouldn't. There is a grocery store and a dollar store across the street and a nice bar/restaurant in the lobby. The staff at the desk was very helpful. The room itself had a fan and A/C however it did smell a little musty when we first got into it. But once we got the A/C going it cleared up. Everything was spotless and the bed was quite comfortable. Our room was over the beer store on the side street and the single pane windows allowed quite a bit of noise from outside. That being said it was everything we expected in Downtown Vancouver. It's close to all the downtown things and Uber was cheap to get around. Parking was questionable as there are very limited spots in the lot for the hotel and otherwise you would have to park on the street. Overall it was a good place to stay as long as you aren't expecting a high end resort style experience."
