"We were not allowed in to the apartment due to a plumbing issue. A plumber was coming but we were not contacted when the problem was fixed. We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund.This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo. I have always been very happy with vrbo, but it will be a while before I use them again. The support team from vrbo...

"We had a group of five staying here, and it was great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely look to book this house again, as it worked very well for our larger group and was conveniently located near the Barrie Ice Arena. Everyone had a great stay!"

"I hadn’t received the code by email beforehand. Cleaning wasn’t finished, and the previous guests' towels and sheets were in the washer-dryer. The kitchen cupboards were nearly empty; there wasn’t even a can opener. We had to buy one. There was a superb Napoleon BBQ, but several wasp nests in the yard, which really needed a major cleanup. The beds were okay. The appliances worked well."

"Check in was easy, the house was a good size to fit my party of 9. It would have been nice if some of the back yard grass was cut to play games and for my small dog. It would help to have a few more towels. The house was clean n comfortable."
