The Jacuzzi tub didn’t work and she didn’t have no communication whatsoever back to me when I had my issues and problems so I would never ever go back to this place ever again.She’s a terrible host"

"The surrounding area of the building is quiet and was good for a getaway. Host communication was good and thorough. However, basic amenities were not provided as listed, i.e. missing toilet papers, tv/tv remote wasn't working and power was cut off for a section of a unit, so we couldn't even use the kettle to boil water. There were 3 random pods of coffee left for use, but they were so random that at the end of the day, I wasn't sure if they were supplied to me or whether I was supposed to bring...

"There was no hand or body soap in the bathroom only dish soap. The bathroom door didn’t close. There was a panel missing from the blinds so we could not close the blinds. There were only two pillows one of which was half the size of a regular pillow. There was no key card left to access the sauna and hot tub. "
