"The hotel is okay I bring my son often he loves the pool the galleria mall is also right out the back door so it's easy to access you just walk across the parking lot the staff is pretty good I really just don't like that the pool room isn't always heated sometimes it's really cold and the pool itself it's sometimes cold as well overall we will stay again it's not a bad hotel and the weekday prices are good too"

Sausage, pancakes, eggs all tasteless and soggy cheap frozen junk, no bananas, no muffins, no bagels, no cold drinks (the machine wasn't working), no flavored yoghurt, just 'plain' like you'd cook with. Genuinely insulting to even offer such fare when it's over $125 a night and the parking is paid too, and the interior is clean and functional but was clearly assembled cheaply and hastily. All the signs of a cheap hotel, but I didn't feel I was paying for cheap."

So I went back to the front desk…staff immediately switched my room to the second floor, which was a little better. Very polite staff! Would I stay there again?…probably not! "
