"I definitely enjoyed my stay at this resort. I had a high room which was upgraded to a suite over looking the pool and volcano bay . I text for fresh towel and they came immediately. Check in was fast because of the day I went Thursday but I notice Friday Saturday Sunday lines long to check in. Love starbucks. The shuttle bus was very useful to universal studios and city park . Im definitely staying here again. I enjoyed it"
