The front desk help was very friendly. However, the pictures online were a far exaggeration from what the actual hotel looked like inside. The room was very dated and in a state of disarray. There was no water pressure in order to take a shower.

First thing first. They ask for a deposit that they dont even mention when you do the reservation. They also charge $16 for amenities. After check in they are going to send you to another desk that is across the lobby to give you a so called “parking pass” the person who is supposed to give you the parking pass is someone that is in charge of selling park tickets so he will offer you everything plus he will invite you to some type of conference in kissimee that apparently will pay you $200 cash after assisting. The rooms were old theres not microwave in the room you will have to go to the breakfast area downstairs to warm up ur food. Also, the lamps were full of rust, shower head was nasty and it was low pressure of water coming from it . We called front desk and they called maintenance. The maintenance person took around 2hrs to come to our room. By the time that he came my husband had fixed the issue himself. The breakfast was okay but it would have been better if the menu was different each day instead of serving the same thing over and over. The only good thing i can say is that at least they gave you new towels everyday. Morning front desk personnel needs to be more friendly with Guest.

This property is very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They made sure I got the joining room for my grand daughter. I will definitely come back and visit.
