« Pool heating cost additional. Property Lazy river and pool was heated in November, was awesome. great Spot for a vacation. Highly recomend. »

« House was clean, comfortable, and safe! My only issue is the king size bed is super thin and hard and I couldn’t sleep well but overall I absolutely enjoyed my stay! »

« It was nice and big, very fitting for a family of 5! Plenty of room and space. »

« This property did not meet expectations based on the listing. The unit is advertised as sleeping seven guests and offering BBQ access, but neither was accurate during our stay. Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns. The most disappointing issue was the washer and dryer. The listing clearly...

« Overall a good experience. We had an issue with AC not working but they moved us to a different unit. Commons pool at the club house was great even though we used it only once on our day off from the parks. It’s a great choice for a family vs renting a hotel room. »

« The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We actually had to go out & buy a mop because the floors were flithy. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that we were responsible for washing the towels and sheets prior to check out ; among other “check out rules”. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....

« Well kept location. I have used this company twice now and had no issues. Would recommend. This particular property doesn’t have too many issues with heavy traffic to theme parks which is a plus in Orlando! »

« Very roomy, clean and equipped apartment, worth for the money paid. »

« The unit was clean and full accommodations. The overall resort is friendly and safe. Great parking close to parks and restaurants, grocery etc. »
