« Nous avons réservé par votre intermédiaire 3 jour au AC Marriot Los Angeles. L’établissement est central nous avons voulu prolongé notre réservation par expedia car c’était facile … le réceptionniste m’a dit que les conditions restées les mêmes en passant par l’hôtel directement avec parking inclus . En quittant l’hôtel je me rends compte que le marriot m’a facturé le parking chaque jour!!!! »

« This hotel should get an award for the quality of editing on their pictures. non working WIFI for 4 days (probably because they use a residential router instead of a commercial router) Non-working safe in room. was asked if I wanted housekeeping service, wich I wanted every other day and got no service at all. If you want a bed and a door that locks...then this is your hotel! Oh and before hotel management mentions that i should have had mention those issues, I did! many times at the front...

You have a parking garage entrance only on one side and garage spans under both buildings and street that separates the buildings. Our room was in the other building were the entrance to the garage was and although helpful garage attendant tried to assist... it took an hour to figure out where the apartment, parking garage entrance and...

« I hope nobody else goes into this property, the person who contacts via text, long before your stay is rude and unprofessional. The place was dirty, when we arrived they were finishing painting the walls probably because there is mold and you can’t turn off the AC. I found pubic hair in the sheets of one of the 2 rooms, the other one didn’t have any sheets at all. I had to leave and go to a hotel. DISGUSTING »
